Managing Committee Meeting (MCM) & General Body Meeting (GBM)

The Managing Committee Meeting (MCM) and General Body Meeting (GBM) will be conducted on 18th July 2026, prior to the inauguration ceremony and scientific sessions.

Managing Committee Meeting (MCM)

The MCM is a crucial meeting of NIGF office bearers and committee members where important organizational matters, future initiatives, strategic planning, and policy decisions will be discussed.

Attendance of all Managing Committee members is mandatory and highly important.

General Body Meeting (GBM)

The GBM will provide an opportunity for all members to participate in discussions regarding the activities, achievements, future plans, and development of NIGF.

All members are requested to ensure their presence during the GBM.
